Only the 1 mouth would show and Left Eye wouldn't blink

Hello!

 

Sorry, just started learning this program yesterday. For some reason my Mouth wouldn't flip from Aa to Neutral and the Left Pupil wouldn't move. Both Eyebrows and the Blinking worked perfectly though. Any suggestions appreciated.

Even though it's named properly, is your left pupil showing as being properly tagged in Character Animator? In the Rigging workspace, click the layer and make sure the Left Pupil is selected in the figure on the right side.

 

As for the mouth shape, how are you trying to call that shape up? Aa is only for lip sync unless you explicitly add a trigger to call the shape. Are you just looking to use that as a smile? If so, you can rename the layer to "Smile" and it will switch when you smile into your webcam.
