Output to Video signal

Just as the Simpsons famously did for their live broadcast, we'd like to output the Character Animator video signal, either to SDI, or to an encoder we can then live stream on YouTube, or maybe even Facebook. I've just been made aware of Syphon, but we're on Windows so not familiar. Can we use other applications such as OBS to achieve the same result?

There currently isn't a syphon-like equivalent in CH on Windows, but it is being worked on. You could still use OBS to do live streaming, but it would have to be a window capture or something of the CH scene panel, so it's not as slick as syphon.
