parallax stops working on swap sets (eyebrows)

Parallax is working great on all the default views (mouth and brows) but is not applied to the swap sets.

I found a work around for the mouths but I can't seem to get the surprised and angry brows to work. I did take the brows out of swap set (so they all showed at the same time) and the default set were still the only ones with parallax applied.
Brows are in a groups parented to head. All brows are tagged as right and left eyebrows so I am not sure what is going on. Swap sets work as expected, just no parallax unless default view.
