Premier Pro import of Character Animator

Premier pro isn't able to import the character animator file. I keep getting the error "The project could not be opened."

Any advice?

Do you have both the 2018 version of Character Animator & Premiere? The most common incompatibility is not having the most up to date version of each.

If so, is this only happening with one .chproj file or all - even a short test recording with one of the Start panel sample characters?
