Project is damaged and cashes

I need help because i lost all animation. When i opened the Ch file, it showed project damaged message and object not found, no match for id. When i resarted it, it showed nothing and empty of the project.

I was working on a personal project and get the same errors. Is there anything that can be done here?

I already tried a few things including setting up a new projct and just copying the recordings ect over but this didn't work. I have noticed in the past that CA and working in th cloud can lead to those problems but I thought that those problems where fixed.

Same here, i'm working on a project and had to bring it from a difrent pc to this pc...don't know...it could be because in not in administrator ? or maybe because my creative cloud his not in sync ?
