pupils of the character are moving out of eye in right side view

please help if someone can fix it, i am not able to understand how to fix  pupils as they are moving out of the eyes when i see in right side of character. also the mouth is not moving with the face although the face turns right side of character

Could you show a screenshot of the rigging hierarchy of the puppet so can see what is in different head turn profiles etc? Thx!
