puppet body, head & eyes

Hi, my problem is the puppet body and head will not move only the eyes and arms, but also the eyes' pupils keep moving out of the eye area, I can't figure it out. I attached the psd file, and screenshot. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately it seems like the forum software is broken - the PSD and PNG file links just take me back to the article, so I cannot see the files.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly and I am in need to get this resolved, but I do not know how else to show you. I have dropbox, but I do not know how to upload it to you. Perhaps you can send me an email, I can send the dropbox link to.

Most software like DropBox and Google Drive has a "get shareable link" or "get public link" capability in a menu somewhere. If you can get the URL (starts with https://....) then paste that text into the forum post directly instead of using the attachment feature.
