Puppet/Character Unable to track body movement.

Body movements are done by triggers only if that has been rigged (means those body movement layers are created in photoshop or illustrator) in the puppet. 

But isn't there any puppet w/ inbuilt(default) capability to track body movement. If there, then please suggest otherwise suggest how can I Rigg the triggers of a puppet so that it can track the body movement.
