Puppet disappear when face and body tracking are on

Hi, my puppet disappear when i turn on face tracking. and it becomes worse when i turned on body tracking to. do you know how to solve this problem? or maybe it is a bug?

Could we see the rigging hierarchy for your puppet? It almost looks like it's trying to do a head turn but those frames aren't there?

Here is the rigging part. Do you think because i put the name tag here as "right quarter"? so when the body is trying to do front position, the frame is not there?

I notice that you have head and body turner behavior on your puppet, which is not necessary if you don't actually have different views for turning. Did you intend to turn the puppet?
