Puppet distorting instead moving

I'm creating a new puppet and when I try to record instead my puppet move he is distorting the body. Is a fish and want control your moviment with my head.

Can anyone help me?

    Could you use the "Export Puppet" menu item instead? When I tried your project file it went all weird for me. Exporting a puppet file I think is more reliable. (Its probably a path issue...)

    Generally its things like fixed pins or tags not being right. But sometimes its quicker to look at the puppet.
