Puppet does not move when I use transcript based audio

Hi! I can't seen to find a tutorial for my problem. The lip sync on my imported video works fine. However, my puppet only lipsyncs with the audio and I can't seem to move it, it also does not blink. When the audio stops, then I can finally move the puppet and it blinks. Thanks
