Puppet Position offset in Recording mode

I'm having an issue with a rig.

Once I switch to the Recording mode, the head (as well as limbs along with it) is offset from the default position to a position that's to the top right of the default position.

I am able to "manually" reset the position by dragging the character's head, but I was wondering if there was a legitimate fix for this issue.

Would greatly appreciate any and all help!

Here's a video of the issue and my manual fix: YouTube

Here are the rigs: Google Drive

In a hurry just now, but did you try "reset pose" on the camera? its like the camera latched onto a position to the upper right when it turned on, so is pulling the character to the upper right.

Do you mean using the calibration feature (CTRL+P)? Yeah, I've tried that, it doesn't really affect it.

For what it's worth, the same issue persists with the puppets when used on a different computer with a different camera.

That's a head scratcher (pardon the pun). Are all the puppets doing it or just one?

It's happening for all of them.
