puppet preview not showing

I cannot preview or see my puppet in  the screen. please help

My screen is in Japanese, so I'm not sure if it will come across well, but I'll explain.

If you can't see the preview screen anymore.
In the recording mode at the top of the menu bar
Window → Workspace → Reset Recording
Press "Yes" in the dialog box that appears.
The preview screen will appear.
