Puppet's Head now stretching

Hi All,

I downloaded the blank puppet on this page:

I then changed the everything in illustrator. I changed his clothes to a suit. No issue there.

I did stretch elements of the head. Made it shorterand narrow and changed the shape. 
I also added in new ears and hair.

I have now found the following issues:

- When I look left and right the pupils distort and stretch other areas of the face

- The eyebrows raise but the move the forhead and stretch it up

Any ideas what I can do to fix that please?
