Rain and Snow in Character Animator?

I have had a brief experience with Anime Studio. One feature that I really liked was procedural Rain and Snow. Does Character Animator have anything like that?

    Yes it does. There is a behavior called "Particles" with three modes -- snow, point and shoot, and cannon. The snow mode also works very well for rain.
