Rainbow lines corruption in opening puppets

I moved around files and renamed puppets in an attempt to get organized, now all my puppets (from the 'open recent' list at least) open like this?

Like Premiere Pro and After Effects, Character Animator uses files as references. If you rename or remove them you have to relink them.
