Render PNG without blurring.

Question

Hello, I recently started studying adobe character animator, I enjoy it, thank you for this product. I create games, I use pixel graphics for this. Now I use the After Effect to create character animations, then I use a render that turns a beautiful character into a pixel one (using the settings in the render), I want to switch from the After Effect to adobe character animator, but I need it to render PNG into squeaky graphics without blurring the image.

When you use CH, what process are you using to render the video? The reason I ask is that I understand that rendering as a MOV file first might yield better results.
