Replace Missing Take (.art) Files

How does one replace a missing "Camera Input" take (.art) file?
I moved some of my projects over to a different machine, and I now want to relink to the correct take files. I was able to relink the audio files, but how do I relink the take file?

When selecting the missing audio file, I can then replace the path on the right side:

However, this does not work with take files.

Thanks

Yeah, it's probably looking for the old path. The safest way to move projects is:

1. File > Copy Media Files into Project Folder (this gets all loose files scattered around your machine).

2. File > Save Project As (save everything in a new place)

3. Zip all the contents up and send them over.

Yes this is probably the best way at the moment. I still think it should be possible to set a new .art file path manually, the same way it's possible with audio files, the Illustrator file containing the rig and so on...

I've not encountered this error before. Have you tried compressing the project files and copying that?

Well I ended up copy pasting a take from a different project that I knew had a working take, but I would still like to have an option to replace a missing take somehow. What if I simply moved the files to a different path, or renamed a folder higher up in the parent folder hierarchy?

I cannot say for sure because I don't know what you're currently doing. What I can suggest is making a compressed (zip) file of the entire project, if you're not doing that already.
