Rigging Floating Head

How do I get my character's head to attach to their neck? While in record mode only my head moves and it does not stay connected to their body. Also my body does not move at all. I am a beginner so I search so many videos but haven't figured it out yet. What am I doing wrong?

The hierarchy shows that your head and body are set to be independent (the crown icon). Toggle that setting so that they are no longer independent of each other.
