Rigging problem related to frontal posture (I guess:/)

Hello everyone. My goal is to make a puppet that looks from the front and looks as if it is walking towards the camera. but it doesn't work. I couldn't do this.
Since my puppet is viewed from the front, I cannot insert a handle tool for both the "heel" and the "toe". Of course, problems arise when I put it only for "toe" or only for "heel". But my puppet neither stands upright nor does the movement I show correctly.
As behavior, I turned on "limb ik" as well as "body tracking". I turned off the "dragger". I think I rigged correctly.
Can someone available take a look? I don't know where I went wrong and how to fix it:/

Use the "Motion Library" behavior for frontal walking (and works for side walking too - "Motion Library" is more generic than "Walk"). Adjust the Motion Library's "Orientation" parameter as needed to get the frontal walking look you need.

As for the toe and heel placement on the front-facing foot, try placing them at the same horizontal level. They can be very close. Whether you place the toe left or right of the heel decides the default leg bend direction by IK.

It should work. There are many front-walkable puppets out there using Motion Library. Can you elaborate how it did not work?
