Hey, Anyone know why i cant use a mouth sad set after computing lip sync?

It depends on how you puppet is rigged - there is not a single answer. Could you share a screen shot of the rigging hierarchy for the puppet perhaps? Also is your problem you recorded the normal mouth set but now you want to swap to sad but keep the visemes? Or is it the "sad" trigger you set up is no longer working?
