Sadset not syncing with audio

Hi there. I have been using CH for a few months and it works great. Although I have one persisting problem. The sad mouthset, which is in the alternative mouths group, is always not in sync when I am talking nor when I'm syncing it with my audio. I've done what tutorials on youtube told me to do but it always ends up not being in sync. The normal mouths group set though is working just fine. Could anyone help me to resolve this persisting problem as I'm trying to make the character look sad and then cry? Thank you.

Which version are you using? You might check the release notes - there was some audio syncing bug fixed recently I think. I wonder if you are hitting the same bug.

Otherwise, can you show a screenshot of a timeline? Eg is the wave form of the audio out of sync, or is it the sound out of sync with the audio track? (if you increase the height of the audio track the wave form can be easier to see). If you record a scene. are the visemes lined up with the audio? I don't know what the problem is, just suggesting a few things to try and narrow down the root cause. It sounds strange, which is why the bug came to mind.

Have you made sure that you were using trigger to swap between the mouth set?

I have yes, and I've set all to latch too.
