Shareable as Independent?

I have a rigged one arm and made it shareable. I am using it on all of my 8 characters so changes to the shareable arm affect all the characters...

I now want to make a change to the arm on one of the characters, not all of them.

Is there a way to do this? Basically unlink the shareable arm from being shareable and make it independent.4
