Shoulder and Hip tags not showing up Tag

Hi, I'm trying to set up the walk cycle for my character...

Unfortunately I'm not seeing a "Shoulder" option on the tag stick figure mode or in tab mode. I'm only seeing one Hip option and not two possibilities like in the walking video example.

Am I doing something incorrect or is it no longer an option now?

Also, my arm settings go wildly upward

    The shoulder tag is relatively new (came in with IK-Arm behavior. Not sure about the puppet you are using, but the should tag should be on the torso of the puppet where the arm attaches (not on the arm itself). I am not sure if the walk behavior uses it or not to be honest - the shoulder tag was added for IK-Arm behavior, not for walking. It might use it, but it also might not be needed By the walk behavior...
