stuck in starter mode

How do I get out of the "purchase pro" loop?
I've installed and uninstalled program several times, confirmed I have signed into the account the receipt is attached to, installed and uninstalled several times. But it always opens to "starter mode." Then asks me to purchase again.

 

I was so excited for the new character, I can't get to them. 😞

I'm assuming that you've already tried switching from Starter to Pro mode by clicking on the tag in the upper right corner? If so, you may need to contact Customer Support.
