Subscription - Character Animator

Is there a way to subscribe to Character Animator only please? When I try, Adobe is wanting to push the Adobe Cloud only sub on me. Character Animator seems to be the only product that I can't choose for it to be the only item that I subscribe to?

You need the complete bundle I think - not available separately. I actually found it okay because i use photoshop or illustrator, premier pro, etc when creating a complete video, so you may as well get the full bundle anyway. But they don't sell it separately to my knowledge.
