Correct answer k_oshiro

 Adobe Illustrator drawing mode does not seem to be reflected in Ch.

If the layer is set to screen mode in Illustrator, change the drawing mode to screen mode on the Ch side.
Transparency is also re-set on the Ch side.

Please try it.

      If Render as vector is checked, gradients, etc. will be disabled.
