The camera is not working

Question

Unfortunately my camera (Logitech) does not work in newer versions of Character Animator (the camera does not work only in this program). Only worked in version 1.5 (2018). I saw many people have this problem, but somehow this problem is not being solved. Hopefully this will be resolved in the next updates. If there is any solution please let me know.

Can you tell us a few things about your setup?

What model of Logitech camera do you have?
Is your Logitect camera connected directly to your computer, or are you using a USB hub?
Are you running on Windows or a Mac?
Which version of Character Animator did you test with?

One more thing: Click the three lines next to the "camera & microphone" then make sure your Logitech cam is selected.
