The puppet maker won't load.

Hi! I wanted to use Terry in the Puppet maker feature. It was working last night. Unfortunately, today it isn't. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I also redownloaded Terry in the puppet maker but it still would not load. Please help!

 

The other puppets in the maker does load but I need to use terry.

There appears to be a problem where CH cannot find the folder in which the files are linked. I'm not familiar with Terry, would I be correct in assuming that you downloaded it? Where did you put the downloaded *.maker file? Did you do anything to the file (such as uncompress it) before linking to it?
