The yellow line around the puppet

I don't understand this yellow line that surrounds the puppet. Why does it look like this and how do I make it more reflective of the shape of the puppet. Please see the enclosed file

That's the mesh outline of your layer. Is this an Illustrator or Photoshop file? Go back into the file and delete any unused or disabled art that you don't want in your puppet.
