Timeline Navigation via keyboard shortcuts or entering timecodes

Is there any way to navigate character Animator's scene timeline in a similar fashion to premiere pro(PP) or after effects(AE)?

Such as keyboard shortcuts for frame by frame scrubbing or entering a frame number/timecode?

Currently, I am working on a scene(AC) that is used in a few comps(AE) which are then arranged in premiere sequence. 

I have few things in animator that need match the exact frame timing.
