Transform Particle Emitter

Hello fellow creatives,

How can I transform the emitter for the Physics behavior's particles (snow) effect?

For a clearer picture, I want drops to fall from ones mouth.

How can I assign the mouth to be the emitter? or how can I just place the emitter in the mouth area?
