Trigger panel plus button when empty

Hi,

On a new project, the trigger panel is empty. There are no triggers and swap sets.

But the + buttons are also invisible. They only appear when you created a first trigger or swap set.

(you can still drag a layer to the panel, but + is more discoverable in terms of UX for new users)

Yes, we agree that it should be there for a selected puppet. (You still need a puppet selected for triggers and swap sets to be associated with.) We're hoping to get it addressed for the next update. No ETA yet, but we'll announce it as soon as we can. Thanks.
