Trouble with attaching layers that are behind body to the head

Hi.

I have a layer on my puppet that I need to have dangle behind the body, but is attached to the top of the head.

I referred to this okay samurai video and my screen looks different when I move the origin point.

I'm not getting that green halo around just the head. Instead, around the entire canvas. And when recording, the head will move but the purple horse mane thing stays locked in place where it is.Though, when I do it to her pony tail which is in front and within the Head folder, I have no issue. Also below is what my layers looks like if that helps.

Normally you should have the root layer being "+CharacterName". Don't have any other layers left lying around hidden you don't need (or make them independent). I think you have a stray layer in there that is not independent but hidden. So you cannot see it, but it is part of the artwork. See layer3 etc at the top of your rigging? Ch thinks you might want to use hidden layers with a trigger, so they are considered part of the puppet. Making them independent gets them out of the root puppet mesh

It's a mysterious symptom.
If possible, I would like you to export your puppet to Dropbox or Google Drive.

If I look closely, I may find the cause.

Thank You.
