trying to start a project on adobe character animator

trying to start a project im trying ti upload a picture from my computer cant find it i searched it up in the search bar found it clicked on it nothing happened. I was able to upload the pciture below but cant open it in the animator

If you are trying to animate that, you will need to first break it into layers in either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. If you just want to use it as a background, you will need to import it as a puppet and add it to your scene that way.
