Unable to import character from Character Animate into Premier Pro

Question

Hi folks,

I have a character that I've animated and would like to overlay into a video I created. However, I've followed the instructions on various forums and it's only exporting the audio rather than the image. I tried removing the audio and exporting without sound, but it's still not working. I've tried exporting as MP4 and as dynamic link with the same results both times.

Does anybody have any suggestions please?

I'm using the 2024 versions of both apps on Windows desktop.

I've run into similar issues, you might check if your video tracks are armed in Premiere pro. Sometimes I accidently turn them off and cant place any video in the timeline. Its the left most "V1" in the image below.
