Unable to open project repo.noindex error

I need help.  I copied a project from one computer to another and now, my project won't open.  Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

What sort of disk is you G: drive? CH needs the files on a local disk. It frequently does not like cloud sync software touching the files while it is using it as well. I would copy the files to a hard disk or ssd (if not done so already) that is not synced via google drive software (or adobe cloud software) and try again.

Thanks for the help.  It's an SSD drive and syncs with Google Drive.  I placed a copy to my C: drive but, still same error.
