Unable to update to Preview 4

I have AE 2015 and using character animator as preview 3. i went to help and 'update', everything is updated but it still shows as preview 3. Is there a fix for this? I know I can just update animator alone via adobe forum help but that didn't work. My version doesn't have 'staple' 'tags' under the layer and 'draggable'...what happened here? thanks!

Launch your Creative Cloud app and make sure you have the newest version installed(like I do in the screenshot). If you don't have it installed, you should be able to find it in the "Find additional apps" section.

Mac on windows? How are you launching Ch? If you find it in your applications folder, you should be able to find the latest (Beta 5) and run it from there.
