Unknown Bravo Error when trying to import a puppet into CA

Hi there,

I've downloaded a trial of character animator and am trying to import a puppet, but coming up with this error. Is it because I'm on a trial? I purchased from Graphic Mama and their bonus content will import but not the main ai file. Any ideas? I'm just starting to learn this program...Thanks!

The first thing to try would be to search for any programs that are running at the same time, particularly antivirus. I've heard that disabling these programs was useful in similar situations.
