View of character limited

I am running into this when I upload puppets into CH.Could someone help me understand how to adjust this so it looks normal?Thank you!Roger

What version of Character Animator are you using? Is it the beta version?
Mac version? Windows?
If you could provide more details, I might be able to give you more specific advice.

If you're using the beta version, it will display transparently beyond the scene size.
To resolve this, open the Scene Properties and adjust the width and height.
