Visemes do not appear when 'Compute from Lip Sync Take from Scene Audio'

I did I followed this tutorial step by step.

But when I go hit play nothing shows up.

I have already tried the same task in the 2019 release. 

When I assign the mouths behaviors and then click 'create scene' the errors "Layer tagged as Aa is not being used by any behaviors" keeps popping up.

I think your puppet is missing important layers.

 

Normally the puppet structure is

 

+PuppetName

    Head

        Mouth

            Ah

            Oo

            etc

 

That is, you normally have a Head layer, under that a Mouth layer, under that the visemes. These layers are needed. I don't think you have a Mouth layer for example, so the lip sync cannot find the visemes (it looks at the children of Mouth). The Head layer I think is needed for the Face behavior to use the webcam for Smile and Surprised visemes.

 

So try restructuring the layers and see if that fixes it.
