Walk Cycle Issues

I am new to CH and Illustrator. I have been using the program about a week now. I am trying to learn walk cycles and head turns. I have three profiles. Only the top one works. Im not sure why the other just bounces. I have them setup the same. I am attaching the file. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

I followed that bluprint and it worked great. I just have to play around with the settings to get everything fine tuned. I really appreciate the help. THANKS!

I don't see an attached file. But check out Walker on okaysamurai.com/puppets - he has 3 view walking and head turns - he's a great example to follow.
