Walking Difficulties

I have a puppet that I rigged for walking.....everything seems to work fine.

I copied that puppet drawing and modified it to essentially have a second puppet, but now the walking is all crazy.

His head and body are facing left quarter, his arms are walking to the right, and his legs are walking backward......i have no earthly idea why.

Anyone else have this problem?

be careful how you label items in your drawings. I had the labeling backwards.....puppet walked so badly.
