Walking issue

My puppet is a crow. He walks in profile view, but there is an issue with his left foot. It doesn't move as well as the right and has a large thing attached to it when it moves. I'm sorry that might be hard to understand. 

Also what is the best item post so you can see the issue? An image of the PS files? Character Animator puppet file? I'm a bit lost thanks foe the help.
