walking issue, rig problem?

The tags "Right Shoulder", "Left Shoulder", "Right Hips" and "Left Hips" have to be on the layer including the arms and legs. On Okay Samurai's videos, the layer "Body" includes all these parts + the tags for the hips and the shoulders.

I would also move down the strenght of the walk behaviour and add a fixed stick on the top of the left leg so the transition between the hips and the leg looks better.
