Webcam works but does not show the head movement to show up

I have tried several online and other Adobe Community fixes to the problem of the camera seeing my student, but not reacting to head tilts or eye movements. What am I missing? The tracker (red dots) are not showing up either.

It did work fine two years ago (Covid kept us from the classroon) with Character Animator CC 2020. We now have 2022 version and it is frustrating to not have a fix.

Any help appreciated.

I wonder if the problem is with the puppet. Have you tried it with any other puppets?

Thanks, we have tried it with other Adobe stock puppets too. Even with a newer $100 webcam but to no avail. Our school tech fellow says it worked on his PC with 16GB of RAM and I only using 8GB. So, could be that or the video card too.
