Weird Arms Movement.

Hi there!

So, I've been watching all tutorials I could found but I still can't figure this out. When I recorded the arms they look perfect, but when I play it, they look deformed! I've done it one by one, recorded an action or replay and nothing. Most of the arms behavior look good, it's just a few positions that throws it all off. Please help, I don't know what else to do.
