What is wrong with my puppet ?

Hi all.

I took "wilk" puppet, in order to make minor changes and use it as a different puppet. yet, when i use the new puppet (there is still lots to change but i wanted to try it out) - the puppet ears, eyes, hands just disconnect or behave in a weird way.

can you maybe take a look at tell me what I did wrong there ??

I tried to stay exactly within the same layers and rules....

I shared the puppet so U can see by yourself.
