Where can I get more Characters already made? .. and also...

Would you guys know any places where I can get get chracters alrady made? 

Also, are any of these characters free for commercial and personal use? 

I am thinking I could create my own puppets, but depending on what I am gonna use it for I might be looking into finding some either free or cheap puppet files that I could use for commercial and / or personal use.

Would any body has any suggestions on where I can find more puppets already made?
