Where do I report bugs?

I have fixed most of it.

Very important that when you bring a new file DON'T drop it in the puppet layer from the rigging mode....  better drop it directly on the time line from the Record mode.

This fixed most of the missing items that I wasn't finding.    Still some of the items go missing, but  then I delete and just redo another layer in illustrator and it shows up properly in CH...   its faster to delete and redraw instead of trying to find out why was CH only showing a part of a text.

That sounds like a painful experience. I doubt graphics card upgrades would fix the problem you are describing. There were however some other bugs, so the support team were probably instructed that was one resolution strategy to some strange problems. You are using the software in different ways to what most people are doing, so it is quite possible you are encountering bugs others have not seen.

I offered to have a look at the project in another thread somewhere - some things get hard to diagnose via the forums here. You would have to upload to something like google drive and share a link (feel free to direct message me). Some of the core team are here on the forums too, so they would give better advice (i just use the software as a hobby in the evenings). 

I agree some of what you have been seeing are strange. But its hard to tell without playing / digging deeper what the problem is. The videos have been great, but sometimes it just needs some hands on digging to work out some of the more strange things.
